A: We ship globally to most countries! Unfortunately, we currently cannot deliver to Asia and some remote locations, but we’re working to expand our reach.

Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 days after dispatch
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 days after dispatch

A: We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched from our Portsmouth, UK headquarters.
