Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Accessories (including hats, masks, and intimate wear) or Costumes that have been obviously worn or altered. This ensures all our customers receive quality items for their magical transformations!

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. We’ll email you a return authorization number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the authorization number clearly visible
  5. Ship the package to our address (you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your costume arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective items.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas), please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
