Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
- We’ll email you a return authorization number and instructions
- Package the item securely with the authorization number clearly visible
- Ship the package to our address (you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs)

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

Damaged or Defective Items
If your costume arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective items.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas), please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
