Order Processing:
Once you’ve placed your order and your payment is confirmed (we accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal), our team of costume elves gets to work. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for its journey.
Shipping Methods & Times:
We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) using trusted partners to ensure your package arrives safely.
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse. - Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50! Shipped via EMS.
Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy 🔄
We want you to be 100% thrilled with your costume. However, we understand that sometimes a sequined jumpsuit might not fit the vision, or a top hat might not sit quite right. That’s why we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within 15 days of you receiving your items.
Is My Item Eligible for Return?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Packaged in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
For the health, safety, and hygiene of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Accessories: This includes all hats, masks, wigs, and intimate wear.
- Costumes that have been obviously worn, altered, or are not in their original condition.
This policy helps us ensure every customer receives pristine, high-quality items for their perfect party transformation!
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item.
- Get Authorization: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item with the authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship It: Mail the package to our returns address. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After We Receive Your Return:
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse and is inspected:
- Refunds: We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We will ship out your new item as soon as the return is processed.
What If My Item Arrives Damaged? 😟
Oh no! If your costume arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund and will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the defective item to us.
A Note for Our International Customers 🌍
For our global party people (outside Asia and some remote areas):
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Any customs fees or import duties paid on the original shipment are non-refundable.
- Please mark the return package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
