We serve customers globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

• Costumes that have been obviously worn, altered, or are not in their original condition

6. Shipping and Delivery

After payment confirmation, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) using trusted partners:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50! Shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing. You are responsible for any customs fees or import duties applicable in your country.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be 100% thrilled with your costume. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Return Process:

2. Include your order number and details about the item
3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
4. Securely package the item with the authorization number visible
5. Mail the package to our returns address (return shipping costs are your responsibility)

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your costume arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label.
